Occupy Sandy Wayfinding Signs

In collaboration with Occupy Town Square, The Wise City and the Pratt Disaster Resilience Network, Not An Alternative installed approximately 500 Occupy Sandy wayfinding signs in the hurricane affected areas. Occupy Sandy Wayfinding Signage served the practical function of the common humanitarian relief agency by providing directional coordination. At a time when all eyes were on debate over state-led response they simultaneously pointed to occupy Wall Street’s economic critique.
