New York City’s first coworking space! Founded in 2006, we moved from Williamsburg to Greenpoint, Brooklyn a few years ago.
RATES: $175-350 for dedicated desks with 24/7 access.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION: 15 minute walk to the Bedford L; 5 minute walk to the Greenpoint G; two blocks to the water taxi.

LOCATION: Beautiful renovated warehouse, coffee/sandwich shop in the lobby of the building. Next to Greenpoint’s hip Franklin St where you’ll find cafes, bookstores, bars, restaurants and shops. Next door to Transmitter Park on the waterfront, Pauli Gee’s pizza, Ovenly (baked goods, sandwiches, coffee).

The skinny: this is a 1500 sq. ft shared office space in an old renovated factory building on the waterfront. There’s a coffee /sandwich shop in the lobby. Some highlights:
CUSTOM-DESIGN: space was custom-designed and built by architect/artists. It’s spacious, with a blend of old industrial and new design aesthetics. There are original wood floors, exposed brick, old beams, and natural light.
DESK OPTIONS: We have two desk options available, an 8 ft L-shaped desk for $350/mo. (shared available for $175/mo), and a 3.5-ft desk for $250/mo. Both desk options have built-in shelving and are separated from neighboring desks by a divider that allows light through. Not full-on cubicles, but separated enough to block sound and allow for a focused environment. There are 10 total desks in the space.
KITCHEN AND LOUNGE: lounge area by the back window with a couch, coffee table, kitchenette (fridge, toaster oven, microwave, etc.), and a printing/scanning station.
24/7 ACCESS + SECURE: 24/7 access and a key card for the elevator.
AFFORDABLE: Wifi and utilities included in the cost of the rental. Desks are $250/mo (3.5 ft) or $350/mo. (8 ft) for full-time access. (You can share one of the larger desks for $175/mo.).
CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT: current tenants are involved in video/film, art, journalism, marketing, graphic design, and non-profit advocacy work. Community-oriented, In a building filled with artist studios and start-ups.
